Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with no broken seals.
You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back to us.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide:
A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your item
Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalised items
Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

Exchanges
Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
