UK Mainland Deliveries

• Standard Delivery Charges

  • Orders up to 999g: £7.99

  • Orders between 1kg – 3kg: £9.99

  • Larger/heavy orders may incur additional delivery charges, calculated at checkout or communicated separately.

• Delivery Methods

  • Items up to 1.3kg are sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked with a signature requirement.

  • Larger items are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service, also requiring a signature on delivery.

• Delivery Scheduling
  During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date.
  To amend your chosen delivery date after placing an order, please email us at info@sasafoods.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Signature Requirement
  All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions provided by the courier to rearrange or collect your parcel.

Delivery Restrictions

• Delivery is made to one UK mainland address only, excluding:

  • Isle of Man

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scilly Isles

  • Some remote areas of Scotland

  • Scottish Islands

• Fresh foods may not be shipped to the above areas due to longer transit times. If shipping is feasible based on the specific product, a surcharge may apply.

• We do not deliver to third-party courier depots or forwarding companies.

EU Orders

• We now offer shipping to EU countries.

  • Please note: customs fees may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Online orders from outside the UK must be for UK mainland delivery only.
  For overseas product inquiries, please contact our Food Concierge Team at info@sasafoods.co.uk.

Fresh & Perishable Products

• Fresh items are shipped in insulated cool boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness throughout transit.

Ownership & Liability

• Delivery is complete when the product reaches the address you provided.

• Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.
